Great finds is what we are all about! Fashion for men, women, kids and babies. Handbags, accessories, shoes, national dresses.. All items must be clean and in good condition. No dirty items/in poor condition, No replicas/fake branded items,No broken or offensive products.
No, You can sell on our platform for free. Nooksouq will only charge a small commission depending on the selling price of an item.
We don’t believe in bargaining, so your price is the final price. Think of a reasonable value for your pre-loved item based on the price at which you bought it and its current condition. Be fair and honest.
Once the purchase is confirmed by your buyer, the due amount will show up in 'My Balance'. You can either use that balance as points to continue shopping on our platform or click the 'Cash In' button to withdraw your money. (Allow up to 7 working days, depending on your bank.)
To ensure your items arrive in good condition to their new owner, we strongly suggest using bubble envelopes, boxes, or other resistant containers. They should be properly sealed.
Once you have sold an item, you will receive a notification. Check your “pick up address” details in your account. Make sure it’s up to date. This is important to generate your pre-paid shipping label. You will have up to 3 days to get the package ready and click the “Ready for pick up” button at the “My Sales” section in the app. A Day after receiving your shipping label, the courier will pick it up. Please make sure you are available at the address provided.
When the new owner receives the package, you will be notified. You can track the shipment from your account under “My Sales” section.
You may lose sales and/or followers. To prevent this, we offer the 'Break Time Mode' that allows you to temporarily put your account on hold. Relax and come back when you're ready!
We have designed a space for you to have fun creating new possible outfits for a seamless purchase. Just add items from your favorites. The outfit board will also allow you to check out easily.
Listings go through a quality check by our team. If your item doesn’t meet our listing rules, it may be rejected. Common reasons include: Poor quality or unclear images, Missing authenticity proof (e.g., serial number) Incorrect description or incomplete item details (size, brand, etc.) After making the necessary changes, you can try uploading again.
Sellers have 3 working days to prepare the package before it is collected by our courier. After collection, it is delivered the next day. You can track the shipment from your account in the section “My orders”.

You have 24 hours from the moment you receive your package to report an issue. Email us at contactus@nooksouq.com with details. Disputes are accepted only if the item does not match the listing. Used or washed items cannot be returned.
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase confirmation. Go to 'My Purchases/Sales' and click on 'Cancel Order'.
