Account Creation & Legal Agreement Notice

Effective upon the creation of a Nooksouq account, whether as a Seller or Buyer, the User acknowledges and agrees that:

1. Account creation constitutes a legally binding contract between:
• The User (Seller or Buyer),
• Other Users with whom they transact, and
• R3 LLC, the operator of Nooksouq.
2. By registering, accessing, or using the Nooksouq Website or App, the User expressly agrees to be bound by:
• The Nooksouq Terms & Conditions,
• The Privacy Policy,
• All Policies applicable to Sellers and Buyers,
• And any updates or amendments issued by R3 LLC.
3. This contractual relationship governs:
• The listing, sale, purchase, delivery, and return of Items,
• The use of the platform, its features, and its Content,
• The rights and obligations of Sellers and Buyers,
• The limitations of liability, warranties, disclaimers, and indemnities,
• The communication rules, conduct expectations, and enforcement mechanisms.
4. By creating an account, the User confirms that:
• They are 18 years of age or older,
• They have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements,
• All information provided is accurate and truthful,
• Their use of the platform complies with all Applicable Laws of the UAE.
5. Sellers and Buyers understand that:
• All transactions conducted through Nooksouq are governed by the Terms & Conditions,
• Their interactions with each other form part of the contractual obligations established at account creation,
• Violations of the Terms may result in suspension or termination of their account,
• Nooksouq may enforce its rights as outlined in the Terms & Conditions.
6. Continued use of the Nooksouq platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of this contractual relationship and all governing policies.
